WHAT IS HIPR?
HIPR (Hot In Place Recycle) - is a process of heating up the existing asphalt pavement surface, loosening it, mixing it with rejuvenating agent with or without new hot mix material in an on-board pug-mill mixer and laying it back on the same pavement surface, all in a single pass operation.
WHERE TO USE HIPR?
surface cracking / minor rutting / ravelling / stripping

WHAT IS CIPR?
CIPR (Cold In Place Recycle) - the recycling machine scarifies the existing pavement layers (to max depth of 350mm) then adds either cement or bituminous material or both as stabilizing additives before relaying it back on the same pavement area in a single process. the CIPR provides a more cost-effective alternative to pavement rehabilitation requiring partial or total reconstruction..
WHERE TO USE CIPR?
severe crocodile cracks / rutting or deformation / pumping
meaning that..cipr ni dia nye kaedah utk jalan yg brmslh dr dlm
kedua2 kaedah ini mmg menjimatkan dan kedua2nye ada advantages n disadvantages..so ktorg especially dak2 pompuan yg dok ofc tu..yg tktau ape yg brlaku d site tu..so now we know la ..hehe..very good knowledge!
